FundMonkey provides a campaign management interface to help
groups communicate with participants with regards to local fundraising
activities. Communication is critical
to the financial success of many fundraising campaigns. Information, shared with FundMonkey and used
to benefit a local fundraiser, is kept in the strictest confidence.
We process sensitive information for licensees, event
participants, event supporters and donors.
We recognize that your privacy is very important and that you have a
right to control your personal information.
We understand that providing personal information is an act of trust and
we strive to protect your personal information and safeguard the privacy and
security of our licensees, participants, supporters and donors.
This privacy statement covers the Internet web site FundMonkey.com
and all licensee sub domains, newsletters and blogs (further referred to as 'FundMonkey',
'we', 'us' or 'our').

Information collection and use
Licensees
For those groups that license
fundraising events through FundMonkey, we assure our licensees that FundMonkey
is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Information
collected on this site will never be sold to third parties or spammers. When licensing our fundraising services or purchasing
any products from FundMonkey, we will use the email address you have submitted
to contact you regarding the status of your order and also from time to time to
send you information on updates to our products and services as well as
promotional information on products and services of our partners that may be of
some interest to you. You may choose to stop receiving those updates at any
time. In order to provide additional
services to your fundraiser or fundraising group, FundMonkey may, at its
discretion, share certain information about your fundraising event to our
trusted partners.
Registered Event Participants and
Donors
Information collected on behalf of
event participants and the information collected from those who donate to a FundMonkey
event is recognized by FundMonkey as very sensitive information. FundMonkey is the sole owner of this information,
and we will NEVER sell, rent, or share this information with any other party, other
than information that we process through our secure merchant account.
Fundraising groups, managing the
event, may use participant information to communicate necessary information to
event participants with event management tools provided by FundMonkey. FundMonkey will notify participants and
donors via e-mail of online donations processed by FundMonkey's secure transaction
server. Participant information is
password protected and will be removed from the password protected Event
Management interface once the fundraising event is completed and closed out in
our system.
Online Transaction Processing
We use an outside credit card processing company, FiServ to process
credit/debit card transactions for event licenses, services, products and
online donations provided through FundMonkey. Financial information is NEVER,
at any time, stored on FundMonkey servers.
FiServ uses encryption and secure servers to process your credit
card transaction and does not retain, share, store or use personally

This website may contain links to other websites. Please
note that we do not cover privacy practices of those web sites. If you decide

Personal Information Stored with FundMonkey
The FundMonkey Campaign Management interface hosts
information for our customers that allows them to contact and communicate with
their participants. Participants also use
our solutions to request online donations which are then confirmed via e-mail
back to the participant. Donors also
enter personal information when donating on-line to participants. To provide this level of integrated services,
for the benefit of our customers, it is necessary for FundMonkey to store a
limited amount of personal information on our servers. These activities are performed for a
specified period of time on behalf of our customers only while the service is
made available. Data is removed off our
servers and the service is terminated once the licensee closes their
fundraising event with FundMonkey.
Financial information is NEVER, at any time, stored on FundMonkey's
servers.
FundMonkey is the sole owner of the information collected on
this site. We will NEVER sell, rent, or share this information with any other
party, unless it is required to provide the services you are requesting.
Data Security
We strive to protect your personal information and prevent
misuse or alteration of the information that we collect from our users. While
we do our best to ensure security of our website and network, we cannot
guarantee that the security measures we undertake will prevent third parties
from illegally obtaining this information.
